Events

Our members believe that it is important to be active members in our community and our University, therefore we conduct a variety of projects. Listed below are just a few of those events and service projects.

  • Rush Week

    We will be recruiting for our Rho Class in the Spring!
    Come to the Info Session on Thursday, January 27th 2011 on Busch Campus in SERC 207 at 9:40PM. Food and Refreshments will be provided in all events.

  • Mr. Engineer

    Mr. Engineer is a male pageant that judges creativity, beauty, and talent. It was created in order to disprove the stereotypes that are typically associated with male engineers, while raising money for the Embrace Kids Foundation. For more Info, Visit this page.

  • Orchid Ball

    RU Phi Rhos organize the annual Engineering Semi-Formal, or Orchid Ball, every spring semester. This event is a social gathering for all engineering students and their guests.

  • Engineering Open House

    RU Phi Rhos volunteer their time to welcome prospective students to the School of Engineering and help prepare food for the annual barbecue.

  • Making Great Strides Against Breast Cancer

    RU Phi Rhos both donate and walk at this American Cancer Society Event held in Woodbridge, NJ.

  • Adopt A Family

    RU Phi Rhos offer support to families of children who are being treated at the Bristol Myers Squibb Children's Hospital at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.

  • Rutgers Dance Marathon

    Phi Rhos participate in the yearly marathon which benefits the Institute for Children with Cancer and Blood Disorders at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
