ASME Events, Contests, and Scholarships:
  1. International Congree @ New Orleans: happening between November 17-22, 2002 in New Orleans, Louisiana
  2. Ingersoll-Rand Contest a year-round contest making student sections competing against each other to see who is the most active
  3. Human Powered Vechicle Challenge: a real test of engineering skills as contestants design, implement, and build a vechicle; fun and hands-on
  4. Diversity Action Grants: program sponsored by ASME Board of Women and Minorities where grants are given to student sections from projects with objectives of inclusiveness of ASME and continue to support the increase of women and minorities
  5. Career Opportunities: interested in internships or jobs, click the link
  6. ASME 2002 Student Design Contest: each student design contest differs each year; 2002: Baseball Frenzy
  7. E-mentoring: interested in help and guidance toward a better future as a mechanical engineer, click the link
